My name is Sarah and I am a dietitian with 11 years paediatric experience working with babies right through to teenagers. I absolutely love working with little and young people and their whānau, and my goal is to meet you with compassion and empathy, to create realistic goals and support your child to feel empowered in their eating.

I have worked with Starship Children’s Health for eight years, and have a solid foundation for supporting you in a wide range of nutrition areas, including food allergies and intolerances, faltering growth, Coeliac Disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and various disabilities including cerebral palsy and Down’s Syndrome. I have experience working with neurodivergent tamariki including autism and ADHD, and with selective eating and restricted diets including ARFID.
