Tiny Giants

Helping your child move, play & sleep with confidence

Specialist support for babies, children and families – from movement and pelvic floor concerns to infant sleep challenges.

At Tiny Giants, Sitar Naaman provides paediatric and pelvic floor physiotherapy alongside infant sleep consultations, helping families understand what’s happening and develop practical, individualised strategies.

Sitar also has extensive experience as a sleep consultant, supporting for kids with a history of prematurity as well as kids with special needs.

TWO WAYS WE CAN HELP

One specialist, two areas of support

Physiotherapy and infant sleep consulting are separate services –  pick the path that fits what your family needs right now, or ask us about both.

Paediatric Physiotherapy

Developmental physiotherapy for gross motor skills, early intervention, complex conditions – plus specialist paediatric pelvic health physiotherapy.

Infant Sleep Consulting

Practical, family-centred sleep support for exhausted parents — realistic strategies built around your baby and your household.

MEET YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

“Therapy works best when it fits naturally into a family’s routine.”

Sitar is a developmental paediatric physiotherapist who supports babies, children and their families from infancy through childhood. She works with infants and young children to build the movement skills they need for play and everyday life, and supports children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, genetic and other complex conditions and needs.

With experience across community, preschool and home-based settings, Sitar collaborates closely with families, teachers and other health professionals so everyone is working together to support the child.

Sitar also has extensive experience as a sleep consultant, supporting for kids with a history of prematurity as well as kids with special needs.

In addition to developmental physiotherapy, she provides paediatric pelvic health physiotherapy for bladder and bowel dysfunction and toileting difficulties, as well as practical infant sleep consulting.

COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQs

Is paediatric pelvic floor physiotherapy really a thing?

Yes — bladder and bowel dysfunction and toileting difficulties are common in children and highly treatable. It’s a specialised area, and one that few physiotherapists offer for children specifically.

Do I need a GP referral to see Sitar?

No, self-referrals are welcome for physiotherapy and sleep consulting. A referral is never required to get started.

Can I book physiotherapy and sleep consulting together?

Absolutely. Many families work with Sitar on both — let us know what’s going on and we’ll help you plan the right sessions.

What ages does Sitar see?

From newborns through school-age children, across community, preschool and home-based settings.
