Starting from August.
Josie graduated from Massey University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy with Honours. Since then, she worked in a specialist school setting, supporting students aged 5–21 with communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties.

Josie supports both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, including those with Autism and other diagnoses, tailoring strategies to their individual needs. She works closely with families and education teams to implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and provide mealtime support.

Passionate about holistic care, Josie focuses on each child’s environment, strengths, and unique needs.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys time with friends and family, reading, exercising, and travelling.
