Anna Richards
New Zealand Registered & Advanced Practising Dietitian
I believe food should bring joy, especially for children.
If you’re a parent, you want to see your child healthy, happy, and thriving- but food reactions, digestive issues, or picky eating can turn mealtimes into a daily struggle.
That’s where I come in. With over 25 years of experience, I provide trusted, evidence-based nutrition guidance for children of all ages – from infancy through adolescence.
With the right support, your child can:
Eat with confidence, free from fear of food reactions
Develop healthy habits that last a lifetime
Grow, thrive, and feel their best
Get the care and answers they deserve
Helping children feel better and families feel empowered is what drives me. Over the years, I’ve seen the impact personalised nutrition makes in the lives of kids and their parents.
Helping Families Navigate Food Challenges
Searching the internet can leave you feeling more confused than confident.

Please contact our team to arrange an appointment.
A GP referral is preferred for Paediatric appointments.
CONSULTATIONS
At the time of booking our team will explain how to prepare for your child’s appointment. To ensure the accuracy of skin testing results we would ask that all antihistamines are stopped for 5 days prior to the appointment. Please allow up to 60 minutes for your child’s initial and 30 minutes for a follow-up appointment. Some patients may need skin prick testing to help support the diagnosis and results will be available within the time of your appointment.
